CREDITAS Mobility is a certified Entity in Charge of Maintenance.
We are proud to be certified as an Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779, holding the management function (“ECM 1”). This means we carry full regulatory responsibility for ensuring that every vehicle in our care remains in a safe state of running at all times. We direct maintenance planning, fleet maintenance management and the selection and supervision of our workshop partners under an audited management system, and we can be entered as the ECM for vehicles in the national vehicle registers. For our customers this means rolling stock that is fully in order not only commercially but also in safety and regulatory terms — with no certification burden of their own. Safety is not an add-on for us; it is part of the product.
